Co-creating Organisational Strategy
Organisation: Integrate
The project: With investment from the Paul Hamlyn Youth Strategic Investment Fund, Integrate invited me to work alongside their community of young people to co-create a new strategy, building on the organisation’s existing strengths and assets whilst re-affirming their commitment to amplifying young peoples’ voices based on a shared vision of a society based on gender and racial equality, and cross-cultural cohesion.
Impact:
- Following a series of co-creation sessions with Integrate’s community of young people – alongside my brilliant co-facilitator Vernon Freyer – I co-developed a new organisational strategy, in doing so exploring tensions between depth and breadth of impact as well as diving into replication and influencing strategies;
- Articulated and refined the well-tested Integrate model in a new Theory of Change;
- Defined a new Impact Framework, prioritising ‘measuring what matters’ to the young people that the organisation supports;
- Created a roadmap for the journey ahead including recommendations around organisational resourcing and governance.
