Strategy, Changemaking and Campaigns

The project: As an Associate at SMK, I deliver training and support clients with social change strategy. I was also invited to co-create a new Changemakers Toolkit to support people working in social change to develop a strategic approach centred around tools to support exploration of Cause, Capacity, Context and Collaboration, working towards an understanding of how a Theory of Change can help individuals and organisations to plan, prioritise and partner for transformational impact.

Impact:

  • Refreshed and delivered an annual programme of open training for social change campaigners as well as training courses for individual clients
  • Co-developed a Changemakers Toolkit to support individuals and teams to develop social change strategy
